We’ll start with a BarRestore class at 11 AM led by Owner, Stacie Thomas, from The Barre Code Grand Rapids. This 35-minute class will start with our traditional Barre work which combines small, isometric movements and holds with compound movements. You’ll work your entire body, focusing on your seat, thighs, core, and upper body. We’ll finish with a restorative and grounding stretch. After class, you can enjoy a bubbly drink & a light breakfast while indulging in mini services from the ladies of LEX Facial Bar and 15% off all retail purchases.
