Our Salon and Spa Policies are designed to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests. Please note that these policies are firm and apply to everyone without exceptions. By scheduling your appointment you agree to our policies and understand that if they aren’t followed you may be required to reschedule and will be charged the 50% fee.


Scheduling

We require a valid credit card on file to schedule any appointments. The card is only charged in the event of a no show, late reschedule or cancellation and cannot be used to pay at the time of your service. By scheduling an appointment you agree to our policies.


Rescheduling, cancelations and no shows

Your appointment is important to us and reserved specifically for you. We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please note there are no exceptions. If you do not reschedule or cancel in advance or fail to show up, a fee of 50% of your service price will be charged to your credit card on file.

Due to our spa being closed on Sundays and Mondays, we are unable to answer phone calls during this time. As a result, any appointments scheduled for Tuesday must be canceled through your reminder text. If you deleted the reminder text you can email us at info@lexfacialbar.com to cancel your appointment. This ensures your appointment is properly canceled without requiring a phone call

For groups of five or more, we require a 72-hour notice for any changes. If you reschedule, cancel, or downgrade services with less than the required notice, a 50% fee will apply. 

Same-day appointments are considered confirmed and will incur a 50% no-show fee if missed or rescheduled.

If we are unable to charge your card for a missed appointment, the balance will be added to your account, and payment will be required before scheduling future appointments. 

After two late cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to prepay in full for future services.


Late arrivals

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you might be required to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service.


Guests & Children

We are unable to accommodate extra visitors or children accompanying clients . If you come to your appointment with extra guest(s), you will be required to reschedule and will be charged 50% of your service 


Treatment & Waiting Areas

Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, our waiting area is reserved only for clients waiting for their treatment to start. We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time to help us maintain a comfortable waiting area for all clients.

Our treatment rooms are dedicated to providing services and ensuring each client receives the full benefit of their scheduled time. Only those receiving services will be allowed in our treatment areas and rooms. Once your service is completed, we ask that you promptly make your way to the reception area. This allows us to prepare the treatment room for the next client.


Cellphones

With all our guests in mind, we ask that you please observe our cell phone policy. We request that end all any calls before you enter and that you silence all cell phones before entering the spa area. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.
